As an agency we realised every client cost the same hours of routine — checking tags, hunting broken conversions, tuning bids, writing reports. No existing tool could do it for us with real context.
So we started building our own system. First scripts, then agents, then a memory system that remembers decisions across months. After a few months in production we realised every agency we knew wanted the same thing.
