1. Parties
Provider: Surya Marketing s.r.o., Company ID 23240253, registered office Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 10100 Prague 10, Czech Republic. Customer: a natural or legal person who enters into a service agreement via registration on suryatool.io.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the Customer access to the Surya PPC Tool SaaS platform for multi-tenant management of PPC advertising accounts. The scope and parameters are defined by the chosen plan (Solo, Starter, Pro, Business).
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing is defined on the homepage. Billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment methods: card (Stripe), bank transfer (invoice with 14-day terms for Business plan).
4. Termination
The agreement can be terminated at any time. Upon termination, the Customer receives a full data export (JSON + PDF) and all data is deleted within 30 days (GDPR Article 17).
5. Liability
The Provider guarantees an SLA of 99.5% uptime (99.9% on the Business plan). For outages exceeding the SLA, the Customer is entitled to a service credit proportional to the outage duration.
6. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are settled by the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office.
